To protect the quality of our chocolates, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. In some cases, Thursday shipments may be held to prevent packages from remaining in transit over the weekend.

We offer Ground, 2nd Day, and Expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary based on location and selected method. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.

During warm weather months (April 15 – September 15), we prioritize product quality by defaulting to 2nd Day or Expedited shipping, with insulated packaging and cold packs when required. Ground shipping during this period is limited to select Northeast states. An additional $5 handling fee applies when insulation is used.

Please note that we currently ship within the Continental United States only, and do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders over $2,000 do not qualify for free or discounted expedited shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
